How We Work Together

1. Overview

This website and all services are offered by Nritya Chitra, owned and operated by Nandagopal Rajagopal. By using this website or engaging photography services, you agree to the terms below.

2. What to Expect During Concert Photography

• In a Group Concert, photography is done from the audience’s perspective, focusing on close-ups of performers when possible.
• Due to seating and lighting conditions, not every moment may be captured perfectly.
• Unedited, watermarked photos will be uploaded to a personalised cloud folder for review and selection.
• We kindly ask that you don’t share the unedited images — they’re just for your selection process.
• You’ll have 5 business days to make your selections and payment so we can begin editing. If that time passes, access may be revoked, and a small admin fee may apply to reopen it.
• There’s a minimum order of 3 photos. If that’s not possible for any reason, we’ll work with you on flexibility.
• If you confirm a Group Concert booking but don’t select photos or complete payment in time, your images may be deleted to make space for new projects. Future bookings might also be affected. We’ll always try to remind you first!
• To help us identify your performer in group photos, it’s super helpful if you can provide the dancer’s name, their position in the group, the performance number, and a costume photo (ideally from the concert day).
• Final, edited images will be placed in a separate “Final” folder on the same Drive after editing is complete.
• Selection images will be deleted once the Final images are delivered.

3. Group and Individual Concert Terms

• In a Group Concert, it may not be possible to guarantee your preferred pose captured.
• Each dancer is considered individually, so we can’t offer shared discounts unless the dancers are siblings performing in separate items.
• Additional services like canvas prints or photo books are available on request.
• Once final images are delivered, edits are considered complete and further changes may not be possible — so please review carefully.
• We can’t offer free replacements for digital images, but we’re happy to help if you’d like to purchase another.
• All final images will include a watermark and remain copyrighted to “Photos by Nandagopal.”
• Feel free to share your final photos on social media — please tag @nandagopalr on Instagram or Nandagopal Rajagopal in Facebook. I'd love to see them out in the world!
• Occasionally, I might reach out to ask if I can feature standout images in my portfolio or promotions — but only with your clear okay.

Terms and Conditions – Portrait Sessions

Booking & Scheduling

• All portrait sessions are scheduled by prior appointment.
• A session date is confirmed once both parties agree and any applicable deposit is received.

Session Experience

• I aim to create a relaxed and enjoyable environment during your session to bring out natural expressions and beautiful moments.
• Please arrive on time and come prepared as discussed beforehand (outfits, props, etc.).

Image Selection & Delivery

• After the session, a set of unedited, watermarked images will be shared with you via a private gallery for selection.
• You may choose your preferred images for professional editing.
• Once editing is completed, high-resolution final images will be delivered via a secure online gallery or cloud storage link.

Editing Policy

• All selected images will be professionally edited in my signature style.
• Requests for additional edits after delivery may be subject to availability and additional time.

Copyright & Usage

• All images remain the copyrighted work of Nritya Chitra.
• You are welcome to share final images for personal and non-commercial use, with credit where possible.
• Any commercial or promotional use must be discussed and agreed upon separately.

Terms and Conditions – Event Photography

Booking & Confirmation

• Event photography bookings are confirmed once details are finalized and any applicable deposit or retainer is received.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate event schedules, locations, and key contacts prior to the event.

Coverage & Style

• My approach is focused on documenting real moments and emotions, capturing candid interactions as well as important highlights throughout your event.
• While every effort will be made to cover key moments, specific shots are not guaranteed due to the candid nature of live events.

Image Selection & Delivery

• After the event, a curated collection of professionally edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery or cloud storage link.
• The number of final images delivered may vary based on event duration and activity.

Editing Policy

• Delivered images will be color corrected and edited in my signature style.
• Requests for additional edits after delivery may be subject to availability and additional time.

Copyright & Usage

• All images remain the copyrighted property of Nritya Chitra.
• Clients may use delivered images for personal or agreed-upon event promotion purposes with proper credit.
• Images may be shared on social media or personal websites with credit to "Photos by Nandagopal" or @nandagopalr.

General Terms (Applicable to All Sessions)

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances with advance notice. Cancellation policies will be discussed at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities

Please communicate any special requests or important details before the session.

Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Nritya Chitra is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen technical issues).

Communication and Feedback
