6. Image Handling & Sharing

  • Unedited preview images are shared only with the relevant client via a private, access-controlled cloud folder.
  • Preview images are not shared with any third parties.
  • Final edited images are delivered via a secure cloud link accessible only to the client.
  • Images will only be used for portfolio or promotional purposes with your explicit written consent.
  • Where images include minors, additional consent from a parent or legal guardian is required before any use beyond personal delivery.

7. How We Protect Your Information

Nritya Chitra takes the following steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure:

  • Use of password-protected, access-controlled cloud storage (Google Drive) for all image sharing
  • Secure, encrypted email communication
  • Restricted access — only Nandagopal Rajagopal has access to client information
  • Regular review of stored personal information to ensure data is not retained beyond the periods outlined in Section 9

8. Cookies & Website Analytics

  • Image selection galleries (unedited): deleted upon delivery of final images, typically within 30 days of final delivery
  • Final delivered images: retained for 12 months after delivery to allow for any redelivery requests, then archived unless otherwise agreed
  • Website analytics data: retained in anonymised form in accordance with Google Analytics data retention settings

Upon request, personal information will be deleted earlier where there is no legal obligation to retain it.

10. Your Rights Under the Australian Privacy Act

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete (APP 13)
